A common question creatives ask me is:
How do I stay organized?
I literally SWEAR by my to-do lists and calendar.
I use the notes app on my iPhone and Mac and I have a running list of all the things I need to do.
Some of my lists are of topic ideas while others are a breakdown of my goals and what I need to do to achieve them.
I am a photographer, social media manager, podcast host + business coach, and blogger.
Essentially… I do the most!
The only way I could get this done is if I had my to-do lists.
I have recently started using Asana which is a free site that will allow me to schedule my to-do lists which has been a GAME CHANGER!
Another app I swear by is Trello. Trello allows me to create cards and also has a scheduling component.
If I had to pick one, my favorite tool to use to organize my time and tasks is Asana because it sends me an email when I have a deadline coming up. It is also a super easy platform to collaborate with others!
As creatives we have so many ideas and so many things to do. Figuring out how to stay organized can be a challenge but it doesn’t have to be.
Having a running to-do list that you can break up by day will help you stay on track and ultimately keep you organized!
