What is the BEST Way to Unwind After a Long Day?
Get in the shower or soak in the tub for about 15 minutes. Burn a candle (lavender scent is my favorite). Put on some great smelling lotion (again lavender scent for me).
AND GO TO BED!
Simple. Whatever isn’t done when you are exhausted probably won’t get done or will be your WORST work so, GO TO BED.

These are great ways to undwind! I do the shower and candle method often! Its sooo relaxing
Yes! I live for moments where I can take a hot shower and relax!
