**This post is a bit woo-woo and spiritual. If you can’t handle that then don’t read it, but you’re missing out boo.
I’ve been talking a lot lately about manifestation on social media and I recently did a post on How I Manifested $1000 in 8 Days!
I have received so much love on my social media and blog posts sharing what I have manifested and I wanted to write a post to share my manifestation journey (so far) and what exactly I do!
I’ve known about manifestation for a long time. I came to know about it first from reading the bible:
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.
Matthew 7:7-8
This let me know that everyone can manifest their wants and needs.
To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.
1 Corinthians 12:7
If it is for good (which manifestation should be) then we will be given whatever it is we want to manifest!
Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,
Ephesians 3:20
God is at work in me and can do more than I could imagine. Therefore, what I manifest is going to be beyond what I am capable of and has everything to do with a God-sized vision.
Next I learned about manifestation for Kathrin Zenkina, founder of Manifestation Babe! She is my spirit person and I have learned so much from her Facebook Group and Podcast and I literally think I am a baby Kathrin! Lol
Anyway, about my journey….
It wasn’t until a couple months ago that I really started doing mindset and manifestation work.
First, I began by speaking positive affirmations. Each morning I wake up and say:
I am a millionaire. I am filthy rich.
Also, I talk to my assistant, nanny, and team members every morning.
Tae laughs at me but I’m dead serious. I talk to my team (the wall as of now) every single morning. I don’t feel bad and I’m not ashamed.
The other day Tae was talking to me about something random and I literally put my finger to my ear (my imaginary bluetooth was ringing) and then mouthed to Tae “it’s my assistant” and proceeded to close the door and have a short conversation with her. I then opened the door and asked my nanny if she was available on the weekend because I had a last minute event and needed childcare.
Tae just busted out laughing and I told him: “When I do this for real in a year, then you will know this is legit.”
Anyway from my positive affirmations and daily actualization, I then started writing in a journal.
See my post on how I manifested $1000 in 8 days for more details, but essentially, I write in my journal when I’m feeling inspired. I don’t force myself to write daily but when I do write in it, I write in present tense about my future.
For example, I’ll say:
Today I got off a call with my team and my brand manager reported an increase in my social media engagement because of my post on our upcoming conference speaker lineup. I am so grateful to know that my tribe is excited about the conference and also the speakers!
It may sound crazy but I BELIEVE everything that I am writing. I FEEL the emotion. It is REAL.
Belief, is half the battle. If you believe it, you will see it. Your mind will mobilize everything to make your belief happen.
Your subconscious doesn’t know reality from what you tell it. If you TELL your subconscious that you are rich (enough times) then you will actually believe it and your mind will activate and operate in a way to make what you SAY a REALITY.
It’s so powerful!
I’m still trying to figure out how it all works but I am super pumped about manifesting.
To recap: I started with affirmations and actualizations, moved to journaling, and now I meditate every morning.
Meditation is not easy. I’ve been doing it for a couple weeks for 10 minutes every morning and I still haven’t got to a place where my mind is silent.
My mind races a mile a minute but I have been able to channel my feelings and emotions through guided meditations (that I find on Youtube).
My next step is going to be recording my own affirmations and mantras and listening to them while I sleep.
I just have to say that since I started mindset work, I have been able to overcome so many mental blocks and be more productive. I have manifested so many amazing things most of which played out in ways that I couldn’t have planned even if I tried.
Manifestation is a mind battle. You have to overcome yourself but once you unlock the door, you can actualize your dreams!
I’m not just manifesting money. I’m manifesting my life. I am literally designing my life and opening up to the good Lord about my desires and awaiting His overflow of abundance.
Do you practice manifestation? What are your favorite things to do in order to manifest your dreams?

Hi Kay, I am also on a manifestation journey, so I found your blog post very inspiring and cool. I have to get better about meditating, doing my affirmations/mantras, and I want to start journaling, too.
Yes! I’m not consistent but I live in my belief!
Thanks for breaking everything up. I love the bible quotes at the beginning. i’ve tried meditation, and i write positive mindset bible quotes, read them aloud and only practice them for a few days. I will work on being more consistent so I can also have the results you have. I love your actualization strategy. it is funny when you read about it 🙂

So glad you enjoyed it! Definitely give it another try! I know you’ll get results! Belief is everything!
Hi Kay! I haven’t started researching the manifestation journey but I definitely write in my bullet journal and meditate everyday. Have you heard of the Miracle Morning? That really helped me get out of depression. Now the journal helps me crush each of my business goals! I’ll be looking into manifestation next! Thanks!
I have heard of Miracle Morning but I havent tried it! Thanks so much for sharing and I’m glad that it helps you reach your business goals! You got this girl! Definitely try manifestation!! xoxo
This sound like something I need to get into more ASAP! I truly believe you can speak things into existence and this just shows me and confirmed to my spirit that I need to do more of it!! I’m jumping on the manifestion journey with you!! Thanks for this!! It is life changing!
Yay!!! I’m so glad you are going to start this journey… it’s soooo worth it!
I am totally speaking everything into existence and it is truly working!
I LOVE THIS! I truly believe that when you change your mind, your world changes. The idea about listening to your own affirmations while you sleep should prove to be beneficial and I’m going to incorpate that with my binaural beats <3
Your mind unlocks everything! Mindset blocks are real!!!!
But yes, I can’t wait to get into listening to my affirmations in my sleep! I just looked up binaural beats and I’m totally going to have to try that out! Thanks for throwing that in there!
Interesting I do not practice manifestation in the way you do yet. I am a believing Christian and seek to always speak God’s word over my life and let the devil know how much of liar he is when he tries to convince me otherwise. Btw, I like your post format. Thanks for sharing!
I highly recommend you give it a chance! I stand firm on the Bible’s principles and I love tapping into Him in this way!
OMG.. I NEEDED THIS… IN SO MANY WAYS. I WAS TALKING TO A FRIEND THE OTHER SAY ON HOW I NEED TO GET MY RELATIONSHIP SPIRITUALLY BACK IN ORDER AND I AM IN THE MIST OF THIS. THIS REAY MAKES ME FEEL THAT I AM NOT ALONE. THANK YOU
Come on sis! Get your spirit in order!! xoxoox
Ooh girl the Break Down for the break through! I love it and I definitely agree and have had to enact this in my own life. Without the ability to speak it into existence I probably wouldn’t have made it out of college. This is everything thanks for sharing!
Ah! I’m so happy you could relate! Girl we gotta speak all the blessings into existence!
Love this post! It’s amazing how our thoughts literally shape our reality. I’ve recently started using manifestation and it reduces my anxiety. Matthew 7:7-8 is def my go-to verse!
Yes!!! I love that verse! But I completely agree, our thoughts shape our reality!
